What a Fitrip Villa Stay Is Actually Like
The guidebook exists because we host these villas ourselves rather than handing them to a management company. Aslam is an Airbnb Superhost and the person who answers your WhatsApp is the same person who arranges your airport pickup and drives you to Mount Batur at three in the morning. Here is what that means in practice, before you request the guide.
Where the Villas Are
Seseh and neighbouring Cemagi sit on Bali's south-west coast, between Canggu and the Tanah Lot sea temple. Every villa is roughly 900 to 950 metres from the beach — a ten-minute walk or a two-minute ride. Canggu's cafes, gyms and surf schools are ten to fifteen minutes away, Tanah Lot fifteen to twenty, Seminyak about forty, Ubud around an hour and fifteen, and the airport about an hour depending on traffic. The trade-off is deliberate: close enough to reach everything, far enough that none of it happens outside your window. Worth knowing before you arrive — Seseh beach is volcanic black sand with a serious break and strong currents. It is a beach for walking and for sunsets rather than swimming. What Comes With the Villa
Two and three-bedroom villas, each with its own private pool, a full kitchen, fast WiFi that holds up for remote work, and free parking. Housekeeping and the pool are handled for you, and the schedule is in the guidebook so nobody appears unexpectedly. Our two-bedroom villas suit couples or a pair travelling together; the newest three-bedroom is built for families and small groups. Ratings currently sit between 4.86 and 5.0 across the properties.
Booking Experiences From Your Villa
This is the part most guests do not expect. Because we run the trips as well as the villas, you can book any Fitrip experience directly with us during your stay and we collect you from the villa door — the Mount Batur sunrise trek, a full day on Nusa Penida, a rice terrace hike, PADI diving, or an in-villa massage or yoga session with no travel at all. No separate operator, no meeting point, no negotiating a driver at 3am. The guidebook explains how to request each one.
Booking Direct
The villas are listed on Airbnb, and you are welcome to book there. Messaging us directly on WhatsApp usually gets you a better rate and more flexibility on dates, because there is no platform fee in between.
