Do you offer private tours or only group tours?›
Both. Our small groups are typically 2–8 people, intentionally small so the experience stays personal. Fully private tours (just your group, your guide, your pace) are also available.
What's your cancellation policy?›
Full details are on our Booking & Cancellation Policy page. In short: we ask for a deposit to confirm, with flexible cancellation terms depending on notice given. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Is the Mount Batur sunrise trek suitable for beginners?›
Yes. Level 1 is designed for average fitness, no experience needed. Level 2 (summit expedition) suits experienced hikers. We've guided guests from age 8 to 68.
What PADI diving courses do you offer in Bali?›
Discover Scuba (first time underwater, no certification needed), PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and Freediving Level 1. We also run snorkeling trips to Nusa Penida, manta rays, turtles, coral gardens, the Tulamben shipwreck.
Are the activities family-friendly?›
Many are. Mount Batur Level 1, a UNESCO heritage rice terrace hike, Nusa Penida tour, snorkeling, waterfall swimming and a sacred water cleansing ceremony are all suitable for families with children 7+. We've had guests from age 8 to 78 on our tours.

What's included with a villa stay?›

Can I book a villa without adding activities?›
